The site was easy and simple to purchase items and the customer service very good. I think I received the products within a week or so. The products I purchased have been the best thing. Although my husband did accidentally leave my son's Munchee Mug on the roof so, we lost that on the freeway somewhere! And since have bought 2 more!

I ordered 2 Munchee Mugs from Kazoku kids after being unable to find a similar product that I had been searching for. I had emailed them to find out if they sold this product and a very helpful and prompt response came to let me know they did not have the product I was looking for but they had something almost exactly the same. After such a helpful email, I went into the online store and found the Munchee Mugs. They were so reasonable that I bought one for my nephew as well as one for my son! My whole experience from start to finish with Kazoku Kids was nothing but a pleasure. I saw an advertisement for the Munchee Mugs in the Offspring magazine and visited the website as I had heard about these mugs but had never been able to find one. I emailed Kazoku Kids to find out if they sold the product in local retailers and received an immediate response with a list of all the retailers in WA. I decided to purchase my 2 Munchee Mugs via the online store as they had an offer for offspring readers of a free universal clip. I placed my order on Thursday afternoon and received my mugs delivered to my door on Friday morning. Kazoku Kids offers not only a fantastic product but also excellent service!! Shari, thanks again for your great service, I used the cup this morning at Kindy gym with my 1 year old and I didn’t have to follow her around the whole time picking up all her snacks – most impressed!!! Luckily I purchased two as my three year old has decided the other one is hers to use in the car – maybe it will help keep my car a bit cleaner!!
